“We really loved our two night stay at the inn. The innkeepers were super welcoming and attentive. The original (quirky?) decor was both personal and a welcome relief from boring corporate chain hotels or stuffy “colonial” inns. Our bed was comfy and we had a room with a loveseat, so we could relax there while watching TV. Chef/co-owner Mark Arnao makes a mean breakfast, so don’t skip the chef’s special! We also enjoyed sitting in the rockers on the front porch and walking around the stream……

“It is a magical and unique place, of course this is not for everyone, it is a place that transports you to 60 and I loved that, I would appreciate a little more maintenance but that does not steal the magic and speaking of magic when we arrived at 10 pm we were a little scared around, but when we entered everything changed and we spent two incredible nights we enjoyed nature and the natural air, the birds and all that the lake super delicious, anyway I liked it”

“The room was not clean the hot water was missing no toilet paper. Had to clean the jetted tub before use other people's pupic cares in the bathroom. No toilet paper. The towels had more holes than swiss cheese.The bedding was questionable to be clean the beding did not fit this motel could be nice if it was fixed, and they got new towels and betting”

“The room was clean and spacious. However, the beds were small and the bathroom was tiny. You had to maneuver around the toilet to open or close the bathroom door.”

“The shower head in room 4 barely spit out any water. The kitchen was closed which defeated the point of it being a bed and breakfast experience. The pool was also not working due to some pump issue which I was unaware of until I arrived. I was under the impression that there was a fully functioning, kitchen and fully working pool. when we got there, we waited about 20 minutes until somebody finally came to check us in after I had to go looking for help.”
