“This is a wonderful place to stay for a couple. My boyfriend and I recently stayed for the weekend and we were delighted at how cozy and well appointed the space was. It is so well decorated with charming touches throughout. We were amazed at how everything you need is there whether it’s something in the kitchen or a charger for your phone. They have thought of everything! The bed is very comfortable too. The neighborhood is lovely and feels very safe. The hosts were also very helpful when last……

“We last minute booked a couple of nights here. It’s a great little apartment above a big double garage. Owner lives in the home with his family and they were very quiet. The place was easy to find, marked parking spot and signs to take us in the right direction and right upstairs. Beautiful, clean and modern little place! Very happy with our stay. We never used the pool but the pool area looked very nice. I would stay again!”

“This property was perfect for exploring the area and participating in a local cycling event! The cottage is clean and comfortable; the kitchen was well-stocked with tools for making meals; and the location was very, very quiet. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful; I am only sorry that, because of my schedule, we never got to meet in person. :) I would recommend this property to anyone coming to the area. I look forward to returning and staying here again! Thank you!”

“Rhonda was a lovely host. The place is decorated in such a unique way and very clean. The room wasn't huge but it was all the space we needed for our quick stay. We were very happy :) ”

“The place is welcoming, clean and cozy. The host left a personal card and some wine which is always a plus. The only issue we had was the check in instructions could have been more clear as to how to locate the guest house and clear instructions where to enter and park since it was a guesthouse. Luckily, someone was home and helped us right away and everything was smooth from there. Would stay again and recommend for families.”

“The suite had some issues and when I told them they replied they would fix it all soon but didn't. The blinds on the large window were damaged. The bathroom door is missing a screw on the top hinch and the door is not functioning well. I had shared a yard with the family living in the front suite, and they had 3 dogs. One time when I was getting back to my suite it was close to biting me and I had to run. Also, the yard was almost always full of dog waste. Also, before moving I asked the owner……

“This was our first time staying in Sacramento. Been to it and thru it a million times but have never stayed!! This cottage/home/neighbirhood. Felt like home. ABSOLUTELY gorgeous neighborhood! Immaculately clean and super well equipped! We might come back just for fun next time. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and didn’t get to relax or enjoy the serenity of this property! The owners were so accommodating, gracious, sooooo easy to contact. I just cannot say enough good things about……
