“Checkin took a long time ..15 minutes + Difficulty understanding my bookings ( had booked 4 nights online, then had added 1 on for beginning of stay) Keys not activated so had to call for access to underground parking Elevator not working from underground parkade so had to take stairs with luggage, then go to front desk to get keys activated Hallway floors pretty dusty … not vacuumed for awhile”

“Suite was spacious. The pull out bed was very comfortable for our 5 year old son and the bedroom was seperate and private so we could stay up after he went to bed. The view of the river was beautiful. We all loved the pool and the restaurant served a really delicious breakfast. Great location. We will definitely stay here again.”

“This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.”

“I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room was extremely dirty and had a bad smell. The bathroom was in poor condition, and the shower curtain was yellow and looked very unclean. The bathroom also had an unpleasant odor. The towels provided in the washroom looked old, stained, and unhygienic, making me uncomfortable using them. The room door lock was not working properly, which raised concerns about security. There were mosquitoes in the room, and the walls and paint were in……

“It's not the worst hotel I've stayed in, but it had its issues. One of the two lightbulbs was burned out and not replaced. I get that the maintenance crew had left by the time I reported the issue, but it would have been nice to have it working for Saturday night. None of the power outlets were convenient to the desk, which was so wobbly as to be nearly unusable as such. Other furnishings showed their age, but that was cosmetic and didn't bother me. As for the room, it was nice and spacious,……

“the staff was communication sucks. The rooms had holes in the walls. Our room the carpet was sticky.The air conditioner was good. The other thing that was good was the comfy beds. Lots of parking but rough neighborhood”
