"I am not happy about my experience just due to Marlene and her improper treatment of myself and my brothers. We came to Courtyard Marriott to be close and grieve my late sister. Marlene was abrasive and overly rude, even though we had a ton of issues in the two rooms.
Cleanliness- a dirty sock found in room, alerted staff and they didn't seem to care.
Staff- Ennis was wonderful, along with another female staff member, but Marlene was absolutely not equipped to be in customer arrive. This is NOT the Marriott Bonvoy standard I'm used to.
Amenities- hot tub never worked for the 4 days we were there!!! This is not appropriate for the price being as high as it is.
Keycard issue- entire system was down on Saturday causing a ton of hassle and running around (Ennis was kind during this, but the system should maybe have backup plans in place)
Bathrooms need working ceiling fans to not have mold
