“We had such a great stay here! The hotel was super nice and really clean, which is always a big deal for us. The location was perfect, most of the tourist spots were less than a 10-minute walk, so it made everything really easy. The customer service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and attentive the whole time. We checked in pretty late (around 10 PM), and they still took the time to greet my kids with a little gift, which was so thoughtful. The beds were honestly some of the comfiest……

“Room wasn’t cleaned, no coffee pods or cups, pool side food order delivered to room instead of pool, took 30 min to get valet parked car because there were so many people checking out. In fairness, the manager did give us a food credit for our trouble. This is a new hotel in a great location but it is understaffed for the number of area events it supports. ”

“Very convenient to restaurants and other needs. My meeting was right next door, so it was a perfect spot for me. Everything was exactly as described and easy to navigate. Hope to stay again when my recurrent meeting happens next!”

“Clean room and linens, but did need to clean floors. Had some issues with disruptive guest next to me, but management handled the problem. Laundry machines are very affordable. Parking is well lit. ”
