Perfect View, Perfect Place

Loved our stay at Pelican's Perch. The space was imaculate and well decorated. Loved the full view of the ocean from our balcony. Nice pool and great beach. Will be back!

Beautiful location with breathtaking views

The condo was absolutely beautiful! Beachy in all the right ways! Plenty of room for our family of 6. Very clean!! We loved the proximity to the pool and the beach. The property was clean and very peaceful. We would love to visit again!!

The Perfect Beach Get-Away!

Pelican's Perch is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Wilmington to let you feel you have truly had rest and relaxation. There is very little traffic. North Topsail has a beautiful beach, lovely for long walks and shelling. The pool was so restful and never crowded. We are very pleased with how quiet our condo was. And the deck was lovely for sunrises, with a cooling breeze in the late afternoons and evenings. We found every need met with the design, furnishings and supplies. While we were just there as a couple, it would be perfect for a family. It is light and roomy. There are great restaurant choices minutes away from the condo. We found some new favorites! We would definitely reserve this unit again!
