「With 5 stars and priced after that, I had big expectations. We were lucky to park in front of the hotel, the doorman and receptionist received us nice, even had an extra surprise for our wedding anniversary in the room. The corner room had a beautiful view on the city. The breakfast is nice amd we didn't visit the Jimmy's Rooftop bar and pool. The breakfast was delicious with good Cappucino. 「We loved our stay, the view from our room of the Empire State and entire city was amazing! Our room was beautiful. The only unfortunate part was the club level was closed for renovations but we still got charged the full amount for the experience fee. Apart from that it was a perfect stay and would highly recommend to anyone coming to New York to stay there. The location is perfect , across the road from the train station. Just around the corner from Katz Deli too!」

「The hotel space is nice. The wait for the elevator was outrageous. We waited easily for 15-20 minutes each time we needed to leave or return. The staff was unresponsive and unapologetic regarding this issue. I asked the concierge to help with reservations prior to arrival and she was unhelpful and neither communicated nor responded to my emails without several follow up emails asking for a status update. We waited for 30 minutes for the car and our luggage. The car returned to us dirty both...
