Very old and dirty, no air conditioning. Room is too old, very ugly decoration. Just like a room with monsters. Restaurant food is also not very good. Just the new and extended area is nice!

物超所值的溫泉飯店
飯店備有札幌到洞爺湖的來回接駁車，大廳氣派，一泊二食的餐點美味，尤其難忘早餐的海鮮井，坐在湖畔欣賞美景與享受佳餚，感覺非常享受，另外湯池也是令人難忘，邊泡湯還能欣賞海天一色的美景，唯一缺點是飯店房間老舊且有菸味(我訂的是洋室雙人房)，整體而言物超所值，會再回購！

空有唐璜外表服務質素很差。
酒店本身設備完善種類繁多，但房間清潔一般，前台服務員和大堂服務員咀臉頗差，並不很禮貌缺乏笑容，如打算訂購早餐或晚餐，我並不建議，食物品種很少，出品味道普通，而且服務有點像快餐店一般，相比小型旅館服務差天共地，個人應為三星級酒店旅館相比此旅館更為窩心舒服。

飯店大廳寬敞氣派、和室房間空間很大，溫泉池也很舒適，早晚餐的自助餐選擇還算多，食物也不錯。美中不足是和室房因為沒有禁菸，所以房間有陳年的菸味，很像KTV包廂的那種味道，連帶過夜後衣服也會沾上菸味

三樓洋房需自行提行李爬樓梯，沒有電梯可直達；房間老舊，空調壞了，反應僅提供電扇；電水壺沒清理，裡面有水不知放多久了。游泳池很好玩，大廳可看漂亮湖景，但沒想到房間竟那麼糟，空調壞掉的房間，根本不該提供給客人使用；需要提行李爬樓梯的房型，也應該備註清楚。

大堂外表及服務很好。但設施稍舊，似乎只裝修了大堂但房間仍是十年前的模樣。
餐廳：接待過多的遊客，令等待進餐的賓客排長龍。餐廳的空調嚴重不足夠，太熱。客人太多，食品質素很一般，雖然很快補充，但食品仍很快缺貨。 我們於 9:15 下去食早餐，但已全東西收拾，沒有給我們用餐的機會，但餐劵上寫明是6:30 - 9:30，我們也沒有遲到。 房間：有點舊。冰箱應是九十年代的貨品，還有原祖任天堂灰機給客戶，真的很懷舊，適合我們這個年代的舊青年玩？ 溫泉：很好，非常舒服。 泳池：很好，每半小時有人造浪，又有免費的吹氣水泡給客人，但整體的設施仍需維修一下，現狀給客人一種回到九十年代的感覺。 整體服務是不錯的﹗

虽然不是商店街，但也很方便，出了JR马上可以看到道南巴士，我是坐的士去的，花了2230日元，房间很大很好，有点旧但没关系，自助餐是我在日本吃过最好的，相当不错了，花园非常漂亮，大堂也是，晚上能看到烟花，第二天可以预约免费巴士送你去札幌，服务很好

無敵湖景的溫泉飯店
這次跟家人選擇這家 最主要 是 戶外溫泉池可以看到漂亮的洞爺湖景色、酒店非常大 辦理手續時有遇到團體客、房間還不錯 只是有一些陳舊了，飯店的服務及 餐飲 也都很好 整體來說 是不錯

非常大型的溫泉渡假村。一踏進這酒店大堂非常大的玻璃面看洞爺湖，而且房間有大玻璃窗面看湖景。酒店的自助早餐及晚餐非常多食物選擇西式和日式都有。餐廳非常大可容納很多人。有大型室內泳池及溫泉房非常大.
