Amazing, staff, hotel and amenities

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel and highly recommend AdAstra hotel in Södertälje. I stayed for 4 nights and experienced add-ons that the hotel has to offer. The lobby was welcoming and spacious, with games, drinks and a cosy atmosphere. The room was great, clean and had everything that I needed. The TV offered me to sign into my own Netflix account which was a great surprise. The restaurant has amazing pizzas, and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever experienced. Served from 07:00-11:00 which suited my needs perfectly. The specially made coffee for us was so so good and the staff working at the breakfast made it, and treated us like royalty. The spa was amazing, we had a great experience all over. Last but not least the staff was phenomenal. I would like to pass on special thanks to the hotel staff for the truly exceptional service. From the reception to daily interactions, every staff member was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. It was clear that you truly care about your guests and are committed to providing a wonderful experience. I am very pleased with my stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to others. Hopefully I will have the chance to visit again

Vi kommer tillbaka!

En väldigt fin upplevelse från start. Vi bjöds på alkoholfritt bubbel vid ankomst. Vi kände oss väldigt välkomna under hela vistelsen och all personal gjorde verkligen det lilla extra för att vi skulle få en så fin vistelse som möjligt. All kontakt var vänlig och personlig. Rummen, spa och mat var allting bra men personalen var enastående.
