Was great until the fire alarm went off by itself and security had to manually turn it off. Otherwise, with the comfortable villa and spacious rooms, it's a perfect place to stay, especially with a rented car to drive around and explore the locations nearby.

The villa that we stayed in was well kept and very clean! The local area was beautiful and quiet. Our group had decided the rent cars which made getting around the area that much easier as well as the location of the villa having easy and accessible parking. Right next to the famous FujiQ amusement park as well as dozens of beautiful Onsen with great views of Fuji!! The site of the villas itself was unique with fun camping vibes! Overall, everyone in our 9 person group loved this stay and thought it was the best one our whole trip!:)

Awesome stay

This was my 2nd time to stay here. It was an amazing experience, very clean rooms, well equipped. There was a leak in the upstairs toilet, but after a call to support, they very kindly shifted us to another room. Beautiful place.

Great location and comfortable and spacious stay

Everything about the property was great. The only negative was the check-in and check-out process. We never received the check-in information email, so didn’t have the code to enter the check-in area. We had to get our Japanese friend to call the check-in staff to provide the code. After we finally got into the check-in area, the check-in process was very long, having to enter everything in there. If there was better communication earlier, we could have provided this information earlier to ease with the check-in process. There was also no information about check-out either.

客室は新しく、とても綺麗でした！ 吹き抜けなのでしょうがないですが、照明に蜘蛛の巣、壁には目に見える埃や、窓が綺麗であれば、なお素敵だと感じます。 調味料が一切ないため、受付でレンタルなどできるといいなと思いました！

施設自体は悪くありませんがシステム的な問題が目立ちました。結論から言うともう二度と利用しないと思いました。 ・無人のためチェックインが分かりにくい(タブレットが使い難く、宿泊者全員の名前や住所を入れるのが手間) ・ペット棟を利用したが、ペットシーツは小さいサイズで数枚しかなくて困った。庭も手入れをしておらず、犬を遊ばせれる状態ではなかった。 ・若者が朝まで騒いでいて最悪だった(日本語を読めない人にもマナーを徹底して欲しい) ・夜22時以降に何回も火災報知器が鳴る。室内でホットプレートを使ったりすると煙で反応するらしいが(この日は若者がふざけて火災報知器を押したことが原因)無人のためタブレットでカスタマーに連絡→警備会社が到着するまで鳴り止まない。1部屋で鳴ると全棟で鳴り、警備会社の人が到着しても全部屋1部屋ずつ点検するため、その度に火災報知器が鳴り響く。犬がいるため可哀想だった。 ・トイレは2つ、温泉の出るお風呂、シャワー質、全自動洗濯機は良かった。 ・食器洗うスポンジは薄く使いにくい、ホットプレートは火力があって問題なくテラスでバーベキューができたのは良かった。
