The apartment, equipped with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, features a charming modern décor. The living area includes a comfortable foldaway double sofa bed and a convertible sofa bed that can be turned into an additional double bed, a flat-screen Smart TV, and a dining table with chairs.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle, juicer, toaster, dishwasher, microwave with oven function, and an American coffee machine.

The apartment also offers a full bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



Guests also have access to a washing machine in a dedicated laundry room within the condominium, as well as an iron and ironing board.

A private uncovered parking space is available for guests inside the property.



The condominium pool is available from May 1st to September 30th.



Self check-in is available: a few days before arrival, all necessary instructions will be provided to access the accommodation independently.



Upon arrival or a few days prior, payment of the tourist tax may be requested, the amount of which is subject to local regulations.
