"The room we had - the Elton is tired and ready for a refurb. Electric showers are my pet peeve. The food was ok, far from amazing.
The building is beautiful outside and the garden is stunning. "

"The staff were welcoming, very helpful & friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and looked like it had recently been refurbished. We had everything we needed & even some shortbread with our tea tray, a lovely extra touch!
We ate in the bar & again both the food & service were excellent. I cannot rate our stay highly enough & we are looking forward to returning next year & using it as our base for Burghley Horse Trials. Thank you 😊"
