「Very disappointing! Carpets not vacuumed (2 rooms), cobwebs. Scalding water for showers both rooms. Cold water available in bathroom sinks. Location good,, near an underground.」

「Overall great value for money accommodation! Quite central to Bristol and the area around has a lot of shops and places to eat very lively atmosphere with students etc. The communication was excellent and staff were attentive. House is nice, quite basic inside, and a little run down but clean and no safety concerns. Parking is limited to paid on the street, and it's a busy area with a fair bit of road noise all night due to single pane windows. But overall good and well organised letting company...

「This is a complete sham never had an experience like this. Bed sheets dirty and had not changed after the previous user. There was no running hot water. Called the property managers but no response. I have asked for a refund.」
