「Gorgeous new Condo/hotel. Ironically, I chose this hotel because it is fairly new and I had read about other hotels having issues with water outages and lo and behold, the water pump went as we were」

「No sabemos porque se pagaba el aire acondicionado solo」

「Todo excelente personal siempre atienden increíble todo al cien」

「Warning! Don’t book this place. My reservation got cancelled on the day I was scheduled to check in. The listing states that I will get instructions by email 48 hours before check in. I didn’t get any email and I got anxious when I didn’t get any instructions. I noticed the contact number provided was INVALID. The number was listed us 55555, a fake number. This host obviously doesn’t want anyone to call him/her for information/confirmation/questions. In the afternoon of the day, I got a message...

「I booked last minute as I needed a quick stay when I arrived no one answered the phone or door and no check in instructions were sent to me to the point I was stranded in Mexico at 8pm. They eventually reached out and did not offer to refund or make the issue right I paid and never got to stay at the property.」

「When I arrived, the unit was not cleaned. The floor was dirty with dead bugs all over. There were grease spots all over the bedding, including the comforter and the sheets which needed to be changed out. The pool was very dirty and covered in algae. I was told the pool would be cleaned in the morning. It was cleaned however the water was still very dirty, the pump was broken so it could not filter the water. I was unable to use the pool the entire time I was there. The listing did not match the...

「This was one of the worst booking experiences I’ve had. The address provided was inaccurate or extremely unclear — even a native taxi driver could not locate the property. We drove around repeatedly and tried contacting the hotel with no response. There was no visible signage, no clear directions, and no assistance. I ultimately had to find another hotel at night, which was stressful and unnecessary. Travelers should be very cautious before booking here. Basic location transparency and...

「We were scheduled to check in on Sun. I received a message on Sat evening that there was electrical issues in the condo and that we would not be able to check in until Tues. They did put us in a hotel that was a block away. It was a basic hotel room so definitely a down grade but I did not see the message until Sun morning and didn't really have any other option at that point. They did offer me a small refund on our stay (at this time I have not seen that refund). The motel was nice enough but...
