“Space was very clean and well equipped. You must know going in that it’s only semi-private, you will have to go into a shared hallway to access the bathroom and kitchenette area. Staying over a weekend, it was a bit noisy from the laundry being done in the room right next to us. You can also occasionally hear the owners when they’re home, and at night there were several noises (possibly the furnace?) We typically sleep with ear plugs when we travel but it did wake me up both nights. So a few……

“Had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, sunny, and very comfortable. Street parking is limited but the host provided multipleoptions. Geographically located in close proximity to/easily walkable to theaters, restaurants, shopping, University buildings, etc. We arrived and didn’t need the car until we left. James our host provided clear and timely information with excellent overall communication, and worked to accommodate a request we made. Would stay again!”

“Beautiful property, clean, and plenty of room for the 8 of us. The washer and dryer was broken which made it difficult as we found out our cruise was being re-routed from Bermuda to Canada because of a hurricane & we needed to wash our warm clothes we had worn in NYC. Because of pre-planned activities we did not have time to go to the laundromat. The property owner did give us a small refund after I requested it. The neighborhood was a little rough, but these rental properties were beautiful. ”
