「Arrived early Sunday morning and greeted with a very warm welcome and our room wasn’t ready but advised we would be contacted as soon as it became available.
They went above and beyond our expectations and emailed to say that the room was ready
When we arrived back at check in they had upgraded our room.
Such friendly and help staff
Special mention for Celia the guest relations manager
Thank you so much for making it extra special
Looking forward to returning next year 」

「The room was quiet, the heat pump worked well, the water was hot, the pools were great. Very clean. We had trouble figuring out the cooktop and coffee machine, but the staff patiently taught us. Grocery store down the hill, and huge one at the mall nearby. Walking to Tavira wasn’t very nice, so we drove.」

「1, very good flat with new decoration.
2, The flat is including small kitchen with microwave, electronic oven and tableware, it is very convenient to cooking anytime.
3, They didn't have wifi in the room, but you can rent a router with €50 deposit and make a booking in advance, it is ok for us.」

「The resort has plentiful facilities and close to the beach. We are in the ocean suite and the room is nicely decorated and spacious
The management is not up to a five star hotel standard.
Firstly the dishes in the buffet restaurant, Jardim Colonial, were not very clean, some of which with stains. Having said that , the staffs in the restaurant are helpful.
Secondly the food variety was not sufficient. Thirdly , on the last day, we went for breakfasts after checking out. We were told to...
