“Check-in experience was extremely unprofessional and terrible. Facilities were too old and the room was too small. Didn’t worth the money we paid!”

“Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.”

Checked back on Expedia app and booking confirmation - Nothing to Explain and actually said all drinks included -.So huge argument with Expedia via a CHAT ROOM and Management at Hotel!! ”
