「Great location, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, nice toiletries and great selection of coffee and teas. Great food and drinks available onsite. Ideas for improvement- larger fridge, the fridge is tiny - other than the free water that is provided you can’t fit anything more in there. Robes would be nice as well as body lotion or hand cream in the bathroom.」

「When we arrived, there was a mixup with the booking but they handled it really well. They gave us a room that we hadn’t booked which was fantastic. We then moved the next day into another lovely room. They bent over backwards and they couldn’t do enough for us it made my stay and my partners stay whose birthday it was on the Monday an absolutely fantastic time and may I just say thanks to Sam and the team for looking after us and making us so welcome. Absolutely fantastic stay lovely area...

「everything was perfect this is our 4th stay and will not be our last, but on a negative and we did ask for a budget room but it still cost 164 pounds and there was plenty of room but the windows looked out at a wall no air we used the small fan provided no natural light very dark sorry to complain but i think the over all feel of the hotel out ways the problem of the room 107. The food, staff and the beautiful location fantastic.」

「Lovely setting, great welcome, food superb, staff friendly and helpful We had the suite (kingfisher) which was an excellent room except for a radiator being stuck on in the bathroom. The lady in charge (lovely lass) managed to get it sorted as the outside temp was up in the 30’s!!! If I have any criticism of the room, a little use of bleach would have gone a long way but please don’t let that put you off. The place is very very good.
