"The place was lovely and really in a good spot. I appreciate that there was a parking spot available for the rental. One of the rooms is on a busy street, so if you do not like street noise it is not for you. Overall easy checking in and checking out. Within walking distance of plenty of food places and breweries."

"We arrived at the cottage around midnight after a day-long flight. The checkin process was smooth: however, upon walking in the door, we were overcome by a strong sewer odor. I texted the properly manager that night and followed up with a phone call in the morning. We left the property after spending 12 hours there and moved into another property. VRBO was wonderful in working with me to obtain a full refund. It was, however, an inconvenience and disappointment to arrange for another property...

"The property needs some work on the outside, but was much better inside. Nicely decorated. Beds & pillows were comfortable. There are only 2 parking spots for 4 units, so we weren’t able to park at the duplex. The unit was mostly clean other than the rugs which had not been vacuumed and were stained. We were close to most everything we wanted to visit. Overall a decent place to stay. "

"The entry instructions were NOT clear. Thankfully, reaching someone was easy. The phone customer service was very helpful. We arrived at night, so the dark alley to the entrance was confusing, dark and spooky. Finding light inside of the unit was difficult. The bathroom sink clogged after one use. There were dirty sheets in both closetsWe checked out of this place the next day. But they overcharged us in an effort to keep booking and cleaning fees. "
