After being woke up at 2am and again at 4:45am by the guest next door, I was informed he is dropped off by his father and the hotel “babysits” him until someone comes back to pick him up. It could be days before someone returns. The night manager and the day manager both stated he has mental issues. I was unaware of this property being a “safe house” facility and would have reserved my one night stay somewhere else that wasn’t as expensive. I paid more thinking it would be a better experience but am sadly mistaken. Unfortunately, I will book at a different hotel next time.

There was remodeling going on in other areas but didn't affect us at all. Room was remodeled and very nice. Had everything we needed, Breakfast was also very good. I have a lot of dietary restrictions and this was the first place in a long time that had things I could actually eat. Will definitely stay again. If I had to think of any improvements it would be that my pillows were way to soft and squishy. Lol! Other than that, it was a wonderful stay!

Booked their party. We site didn’t state anything about paying or having to place a hold on a credit card upon arrival, especially since I pre-paid. Also, we were not made aware of the renovations that were underway during our stay, until we arrived at the property. I did not receive a receipt for the “hold” on my credit card nor did I receive a receipt of the fee to be reversed During check-in my party and I noticed a strong odor of marijuana on the lobby and 1st floor area. Several repairs need to be made to the property and guests should be advised before they get to the property. Pickerington where the property is located is an Affluent community and this Hilton affiliated property did not meet any (even the low) standards. Pool closed at 930pm, we arrived at 915pm. Floor tile in room 212 broken, noisy people in the hallway well after midnight, If I had seen the property prior to booking in person, I would not have booked it. A gentleman named Dave was rude and unprofessional upon our check-out service when I was trying to alatrain a receipt showing reversal of charge $25. Hours hen I spoke up I was told to let him speak by Dave. I advised him I was just inquiring about mis-information because we weren’t made aware of these things when booking and advised never mind. Upon me telling my children to leave the premises because we were heading to Capital University for the Ohio History Day State competition Dave stated “oh Jesus!” I was utterly shocked by the exchange

The stay was good, clean room, pool, small exercise room with working equipment, and hot breakfast. The one thing I would change about the room was the shower head, it was barely any water pressure. I booked through Expedia since it was last min and needed to be by the hospital for my family but unsure how long. I prefer Hilton since I’ve worked there and respect the company. However since I booked through Expedia I couldn’t change the departure date, even at check in.

The room was clean, sanitized & updated. The bed was very comfortable. However I did notice there was not a Bible in the drawers. Lightning in the stair well could be better & painting the edge of the step yellow would be helpful.

when attempting to check in, I was advised that the payment from Expedia was being declined. I paid Expedia when I booked the room and did not want to pay again. It took quite a while and some phone calls to get this taken care of. The staff were friendly throughout the process. The room was nice and clean and breakfast was good.
