"My husband and I traveled to Atlantic City and stayed at Harrah’s for his 40th birthday. Unfortunately, we did not win anything big and spent all of our allotment for the stay we were there. The tables don’t seem to pay out all that much at all. Also, they are not staffed enough to even have half of them open and they don’t even open the tables during the week until 12pm. That part was very disappointing. The rooms were nice and clean but the design of the shower is super awkward. It’s a half wall of glass and all of the water gets in the floor outside of the shower. There is 1 hook to hang a towel in the bathroom and there was no waste basket in our bathroom at all. We only had 1 very tiny waste basket in the room to last all week. Needless to say, we had to find a maid to empty it and give us a fresh trash bag. We called for bell service on the last day and were told a half hour wait. Only to find out they have 2 members on staff servicing 2000 rooms and had already waited over 45 minutes and they still didn’t arrive. We ended up canceling the bell service and had to make 2 trips all the way to our car. Then, our room key didn’t even work to leave the garage and there was no staff member working out there to help us, so we ended up having to pay for it. All in all, it was fun but also very disappointing at the same time. It was cheap to stay there and you could tell, but we probably won’t be back to this resort."
