"Great hotel in a great location with wonderful staff. Will start with some room oddities and annoyances: - half the plugs in the room did not fit our UK adapters, which included the one in the bathroom and both behind both nightstands, where we would charge our phones. - Ridiculous, comically small garbage cans, particularly in the bathroom. - no drawers to put clothes away in. Only 1 closet. Biggest annoyance - you have to book the pool in advance. 30 minute time slots Positives: - Great location, 10 minute walk to Waterloo station and the Eye - Good bathroom. Nice comfy tub and great water pressure in the shower - Comfortable beds - Good in-hotel restaurants. Joel being higher end dining (we went, it was good) and ICHI, a sushi restaurant (we did not go). The hotel lounge Primo was fabulous for drinks, munchies and people watching - Natalia in the Joel restaurant and Maleeha and Hanan in the lounge provided us wonderful 5 star service - Rooms service was good quality food and delivered fairly fast. One of the best clubhouse sandwiches I’ve ever had. Good pizza for kids - If we needed anything extra brought to our room (TP, towels), it was there within 10 minutes of calling front desk each time Would definitely recommend as a nice hotel with good amenities and a superior location"

"The room was clean; the staff was helpful. There were not many restaurants close to the hotel that did not involve walking through the sketchy train area. There was no consistency to the vouchers given for not having daily room cleaning (one of our group got 1 another 2. 1 was told that it could not be used for breakfast and another could).The halls are very dark and would be problematic for people with vision loss. The door in the bathroom would be difficult for older/physically challenged. "

"Amazing room with superb views. Spotless. Brilliant shower and comfy large bed. The pool was wonderful. All staff members were excellent. The only downside was the breakfast which wasn’t in keeping, quality wise, with the rest of the hotel. Great location, making it easy to explore London."

"13th Floor Executive suite was compact but comfortable with an interesting view over Waterloo Railway Station and the cityscape beyond. Comfortable bed. Worth mentioning that slipper and dressing gowns are available, but on request. "

"Room was loverly and spacious, clean environment, we had a fridge with kitchen amenities. The bathroom was spacious, large shower cubicle, great water pressure. Towels and shower gel / shampoo / conditioner provided. From a local apothecary, smelt loverly."
