「Beautiful inn, great views, well-appointed, great breakfast, kind and helpful staff, comfortable bed and linens. Really enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was great -- they worked around my schedule, printed documents I needed for court, packed my breakfast to go for an early departure, made restaurant and other recommendations, pleasant, relaxing, peaceful, beautiful. Thanks for the great stay!」

「Heather at the front desk was very welcoming after we had traveled there she had an inviting smile and nice personality. Jackie who runs the kitchen is always helpful when in need of something and has a clean dining area and good choice of breakfast items. All staff was nice whenever you approached one. 「It's a very nice property run by a friendly family. I feel there should have been more sound proofing during construction. I could hear the person snoring in the room adjacent. Otherwise, nothing would put me off staying there again. Thanks!」

「Has always been our get away place. Always have had great experiences. This trip was not one of them. Not all of the elevators were working so long waits for the elevator. Booked a king bed and ended up with a queen that was broke down. I have a large truck so I have to park in Hilton off site lot. When trying to exit the gate would not work. Our room a/c did not cool the room as it should. Maybe it is just getting old. Probably start looking elsewhere.」

「The hotel is in great need of a makeover! Our room was terribly dirty requiring me to use disinfecting wipes on everything and air freshener to cover up the smell of cigarettes and Marijuana ( supposedly a non smoking property, yea right!!!) The carpets were so dirty required us to wear flip flops so our feet wouldn't turn black from dirt, no kleenex, coffee essentials and the beds were soft and lumpy. Had we not paid in full we would have ran. Best Western you can do better」

「We enjoyed our stay at the Salty Mermaid very much. The room was clean and comfortable and Lisa and staff were so helpful with anything we asked. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quaint place right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. It’s at the top of our list for a getaway to the beach.」

「So this property was very clean and very good value for the money. The only criticism I have is that it was kind of loud. As usual the walls are thin so you can hear people wallowing in the halls. The biggest issue I had was that the bathroom fan does not turn off. This noise was not ideal for a good sleep but in the grand scheme of things would not stop me from booking there again. Very clean property. Very lovely polite staff.」
