「It’s ok but noise 」

「What makes this property is the friendly staff. A great budget option for being on the ocean and it seems to have a lot of repeat visitors. Staff seem to enjoy working there and that carries over to customer service. This is not a bougie choice, but practical one for families. Highly recommend recommended.」

「I got a single king bed and the room was nice and cozy. The room looks and smells clean, the AC unit keeps the room comfortably cool, the bed was very soft with nice pillows, and the shower was simple and clean. The coffee machine works and makes a decent sized pot for sipping throughout the day. The cable TV is nice. The wifi is fast and reliable. No signs of pest issues. The rate is very affordable during peak season and it's right on the beach. There are many small restaurants within a mile...

「The property was very ill kept. Rooms baseboards and corners were filthy. Shower curtain hadn’t been changed and was filthy. The hotel provides no towels or soaps shampoos etc. there was a lot of noise all night long and the pool was full of dead bugs and leaves. There was no one in the office for check in and per a not hung on the door was given a cellphone number to call for someone to come. Would not recommend.」

「Room said it slept 6, two queen beds, and a cot upon request. It had two queen beds, but the property did not have cots. So 3 adults slept in one bed and two adults and a child slept in the other. All they did was being extra blankets and said we could sleep on the floor. Pool was unavailable to use and green. Said full kitchen and it had a mini fridge and a microwave. The floors made your feet black instantly. The front desk clerk was very nice but very unhelpful with our needs. Also asked for...
