“Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’appartement est parfaitement situé, en plein centre, ce qui est très pratique pour tout faire à pied. Il est très bien décoré, confortable et équipé de tout ce dont on a besoin. Nous étions 3 personnes et nous nous y sommes sentis très à l’aise. Le propriétaire est très gentil, accueillant et disponible. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et, l’année prochaine, nous reviendrons avec toute la famille avec grand plaisir. “Absolutely wonderful stay! Aside from its great location which made the train station and city center within only walking distance, the apartment was clean with plenty of room for our stay. In particularly, the staff were amazing in every way and made our stay there the best experience ever! ”

“Location of Aparthotel AMMI Nice Massena is very good, just few steps from Place Massena, with shops, restaurants, supermarket around the corner. It is easily walk to Old town area, n tram station. The only limitation is needing to carry luguages for one floor to get the elevator, n one floor go down to the Reception. Staff is very helpful n friendly to us. There is a kitchen with all utensils n tablewares that you can cook. Overall its a comfortable n convenient hotel.”

“They mention the reception provide 24-hour service but there is only security staff on duty at night. The security guard can't provide service e.g. request for toilet paper, how to operate laundry machine, etc”

“The apartment is located in a secure building near one of the main streets in Nice and around a 5 minute walk from the train station - excellent location if you’re planning on travelling up and down the coast by train. The building itself leaves a lot to be desired, the stairway smelt strongly of urine every morning even though cleaning was visible. On the last day we were also greeted with dried dog poo being swept from a higher floor on the staircase by one of the cleaners, narrowly missing……
