“This villa is great for a large group, but not as larger as listed. It is listed as sleeping over 40, however it seemed like we could only get 30 people to comfortably sleep, MAX. The space could also use shower mats, and more towels for guests. In addition, while sleeping, one of my guest’s bed’s fell to the floor. The next morning we discovered it was on cinder blocks. For the price we paid, we were disappointed to find broken equipment. It is in a safe location and has plenty of amenities……

“This home is very comfortable with a good sized fenced yard with a small pool and spa. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was adequately stocked with the necessities and you get to use the single car garage to park in! The neighborhood is quiet. It is easy access to the airport and to the strip with everything you might need nearby from groceries to clothing.”

“We came to vegas to rock climb for a week and this was the perfect spot for us. Super clean, great location, and the hot tub was amazing!”

“The day before we were to stay on the property we rented, the toilet broke but the owner/manager offered for us to stay at a another house that they were also renting. The house we stayed in was very clean and worked very well for us. Great communication with the owner/manager and took care of a potential problem right away. Will stay here again.”

“The house was nice and looked like the pictures online. had a huge beautiful lot for lots of parking and a pool and hot tub with waterfall. But the hot tub did not work as far as the heater goes, so we could not use the hot tub which would have been nice. They had a decent pool table which came in handy with some friends, but the overall stay was good. I do recommend staying here!”

“Never got a code to get into the house and had to the whole run around to get refunded but stranded in Las Vegas where the cheapest place was like $300. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!”

“The property was above and beyond what we expected. Exceptionally clean, I want to hire their cleaning service but Missouri might be too far a commute. Plenty of space inside and out 4 bd. 3.5 baths and another .5 bath in the outside area next to the spa. We truly enjoyed our stay!”

“My husband and I rented this property for the month of March. We rent many homes across the county and internationally. Vi is an excellent host and manager in the cleanliness of the house, amenities provided, and her communication. She was very prompt and thorough in her responses on our inquires/questions prior to rental, prior to arrival and during our stay. We did not have any issues or problems upon arrival or during our stay, but Vi checked on us each week to make sure she could assist or……

“The location is just far enough away from the strip to be quiet, but close enough to get there easily. Very close to South Pointe Casino. Everything was clean and easy to access. Communication was good with the owner. The only downside was the downstairs beds have foam mats rather than mattresses. Ok for kids, but not great for large adults.”

“The Hosts Victor and Bell were incredibly interesting and kind. I rented this home for 5 out of town workers. The home is located at the very end of Las Vegas Blvd where things start getting a little more spread out, this home was a safe oasis. My only note is one of the bedrooms is behind a curtained off area vs having a door, but the gentlemen staying there had no complaints and said he was incredibly comfortable in the room he was never bothered by excess sound or feeling like he didn't have……
