We felt safe and were able to walk to a restaurant right near us or take a 10 minute drive to many other restaurants. The pool was awesome (so clean for being right on the beach!). The area was very quiet at night. Would highly recommend New Smyrna Waves”

“2 night stay. Easy check in via text and lockbox. Kitchen equipped enough to cook anything. A/C worked well, pool was nice. Not many people staying these 2 days so it was nice and quiet. The only downfall was the furniture in common area. Old, stained and nasty. Sat on our own fold out chairs. Replace that gross furniture and this is a returnable property!”

“This place was pretty typical of a beach town with public beaches. Very close to the beach with a private entrance. Lovely beach. The room faces the main street so a lot of street noise. Worth the price, though. I did not want to pay local hotel prices and I felt safe, comfortable, and content.”

“Staff were very friendly and inviting. Hotel has suffered damage to the pool area and outside area. They are actively working on the repairs. Room was clean and stocked well. Would stay here again. ”

“We had a king room with a hot tub in it. Everything was great. The front desk staff was good especially the over night guy. Room was nice. Shower pressure was amazing. Bed was comfortable.”

“In need of serious updates throughout interior rooms and exterior. Could be a gem with some fresh updated paint, new light fixtures and appliances. Seawall reconstruction incomplete. Ongoing noise M-F from construction equipment. No direct beach access. New manager John very friendly and accommodating. ”
