“Right accross from the Convention Center. Love it. Will stay here again next year.”

“Friendly staff, breakfast was okay but had a good variety. Pool was nice and warm. Close to beautiful beach where water was also warm. They supplied toys for kids to play in sand and towels for pool. Had happy hour with wine and beer and a couple of mixed drinks as choices. Beds were comfortable, and had a frig and microwave. Very comfortable stay. ”

“Great location & ocean view. Property is dated but the cleanliness of the rooms & views made it a great experience. Maybe consider pool hours for adults since it is a FAMILY hotel. I wasn’t too pleased seeing a couple make out & feel on each other in the same pool a ton of kids was playing in. Other than that staff was friendly & location is very good! ”

“The property was very nice. We loved the pool with the lazy river. The room was bigger than expected. Everything was fairly new. And the staff was wonderful. I only really had two complaints. One was the air conditioner kept popping up to 85° so you had to constantly put it down which was annoying in the middle of the night. Also, the vending machines on the property were always broken. We couldn’t get anything to snack on unless we got in the car and drove somewhere. ”

“Still in the process of renovating…however, it was well maintained. Disappointed that the hot tub was not working, considering our visit was in February and days were cool. All the staff we encountered were very nice, polite and helpful when necessary. Would consider staying here again when in the Daytona Beach area.”

“Only complaints, was when arriving, they had double booked the first room they gave us, someone was already in it, but staff handled quickly by changing our room. Second was power went off in room several times Saturday night, but maintenance always came quick. They thought it was because they were fully sold out and it was just over worked. Issues were quickly and politely taken care of professionally by staff.”

“In need of serious updates throughout interior rooms and exterior. Could be a gem with some fresh updated paint, new light fixtures and appliances. Seawall reconstruction incomplete. Ongoing noise M-F from construction equipment. No direct beach access. New manager John very friendly and accommodating. ”

“This place was pretty typical of a beach town with public beaches. Very close to the beach with a private entrance. Lovely beach. The room faces the main street so a lot of street noise. Worth the price, though. I did not want to pay local hotel prices and I felt safe, comfortable, and content.”
