Family Vacation

We really enjoyed the location of the Kent House. It was easy access to the beach and a lot places to eat/relax. We also enjoyed the character of the house and how spacious it was. We will definitely book again if we visit S Padre in the future.

Great vacation spot

The home was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils. Beds were very comfortable. No issues with A /C. Loved that beach was within walking distance! Worth the stay!!

Our second stay

We love the closeness to the beach, the privacy of a single family home as opposed to a giant hotel and the fact that it’s close to every thing but yet very quiet and secluded. It really is the perfect combination. This is our second time renting the Kent House and we are already looking forward to our third trip.

Clean and quiet.

The house was very clean. It was a short walk to the beach and the first house off South Padre Blvd. The house was quiet. It was hot and humid but the house was cooled. Definitely hope to stay there again soon.

Dreamy Vintage Beach Home

This place is SO cute and SO spacious and so well-appointed and has so much character. It felt like taking a visit back in time to grandmas beach house (except the beds and linens are all updated). I loved that there were beach supplies, a bike to ride, a cooler to borrow. The space is well thought out and has everything you need for a sweet beach trip. Thanks!
