“Presently surprised with the accommodations. Charming and very comfortable home by the river. Enjoyed the views, the place was extremely cleaned and very well equipped with all that's needed for a comfortable stay. I will be back to this place for my next visit to R.I xoxo”

“The cottages were well maintained and quaint in appearance and location. We had to work remotely for a few days which was challenging when meetings occurred simultaneously for my husband and I because there is only setting downstairs (just bed upstairs). It would be nice to know if you have a parking spot in front of your cottage or not when booking. Our cottage required us to park and walk to the cottage which was not a big deal but would have been nice to know when booking for planning……

“The furniture was very minimal and not comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well equipped but missing things like potato peelers etc. The house is on a main road so can be very noisy. Our first encounter was that the door codes did not work. We called several numbers to get the property manager who accused us of breaking into the home. Some serious miscommunications between the local and national companies.”

Everything we needed was available. It was a bit chilly to fully take advantage of the outdoor space but it would be delightful during warmer weather. “Our stay at this cottage was very nice. The place was well stocked, and everything worked relatively well. The location can't be beat for the scenic value. Located on a peninsula with the ability to see the water on both sides of the cottage. We were visiting for a wedding and the location was close to every venue we needed to visit. The only downside was the size of the second bedroom. Two people could not be in the bedroom at the same time to dress. You had to take turns dressing. Access to……

“Location is convenient but unattractive. Right next to a gas station and on a busy road. The cottage itself is great, but we had to keep all windows closed at all times. ”

When we arrived the cottage was immaculate with added touches such as cold bottled water, full dish wear with coffee maker and coffee, and a booklet with a litany of food options/things to do in Jamestown. We had access to beach chairs and were able to walk a short distance to mackerel cove, Narragansett ave (restaurant strip), and the local marina.
