“The air conditioning didn’t work and the floor was dirty”

“Lovely accommodation in a very safe neighborhood with quaint shops. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt inviting from the moment we arrived.”

“The mattress was low to the ground, well worn in that it canted to the edge, and not that comfortable. It is in need of replacement. This was the biggest issue with the room. The carpets in the room and hallway were pretty worn. They did look clean.”

“The staff was great! They were friendly, helpful and it was clear they believe in top notch hospitality. We were disappointed with the breakfast. It was a boxed meal containing a warmed up pressed egg sandwich with an oily croissant, plastic wrapped chocolate chip muffin and a no name fruited yogurt in a plastic container. We chose to eat breakfast at a restaurant the following morning. I would have expected a much better breakfast experience from an establishment like the Priory.”
