「該飯店號稱有機場接駁，但因男主人離世，女主人不會開車，僅能協助叫計程車，但卻要住客自行付費，似乎不太合理。且該客房鑰匙有問題，不容易上鎖，造成住客無法放鬆休息。該飯店位處偏遠僻靜，沒有明顯招牌標示，對外交通不便，夜晚附近無法找到用餐地方，只能在民宿內用。」

「The lodge we stayed in ( badger lodge) was amazing. It came with everything you need to make your stay comfortable for a family of 4. The lodge include a washing machine, hoover, huge freezer and a hair dryer. The hot tub is definitely the highlight of the stay. A guy comes out and explains all the dials and is cleaned on a daily basis. The area overall is good, there is a play area for young children but not much for teenagers to do apart from a quarry trail. The only let down for this place...

「A lovely log cabin with hot tub. Cabins are not overlooked and were quiet. Lots of places to visit nearby with kid's, including Alton Towers. Nearby Cheadle has everythingg you might need.」

「It was okish for a short break, wasn’t really much to do in the area and overall the lodge could do with a new mattress as we’ve had 3 nights awful sleep and the sofa wasn’t much better. Could also do with a really good deep clean as there was alot of mold in the shower seals and the window openings were absolutely filthy. 」

「Lovely lodge everything you need is in there well equipped. Need to advertise more about events on at the manor as we didn’t know and would of booked to go there and also for food」

「Firstly, the properly hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a very long time. I have some quite disturbing pictures of the grime and mould that is everywhere in this property. Secondly, they did not have a cot for my son despite the fact I called and ordered one a week beforehand. Both my husband and I had to take it in turns to protect him on the bed whilst he slept so he didn’t roll off. Words cannot describe how dissapointed we are.」

「Our lodge was brilliant, lots of space inside, robes and plenty of towels for the hot tub. Staff were so friendly and helpful and everything was delivered and looked after perfectly. Lodge was really well equipped with everything we needed. Location wise being only 4 miles from Alton Towers was perfect for us and felt like a million miles away after a full day in a busy theme park. Would highly recommend staying in these lodges.」
