“Too crowded on Saturdays, and staff should do a better job at cleaning the pool areas from glasses on the floor and alike. I’m a platinum with Marriott and the first time I asked for a late check out I was told they couldn’t do that, then had to ask again someone else and she looked up my profile and granted us a slightly late checkout.”
