「Upon arrival to the hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were the best part of the trip. However, the room conditions and amenities that were offered is what makes this stay so terrible for my family and I. To start they had no maintenance staff on duty, so any issues would have to wait until the next day to be addressed; which there was numerous issues. The toilet was not working in the room when we arrived; which I fixed that issue. The A/C unit was barely blowing any air and...
