“入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角”

“the staff were great changing our room from the 3rd floor to 1st floor due to a broken down lift. This was repaired the following day. The restaurant was excellent with adapting the menu to gluten free. No electric vehicle chargers but 2 convenient chargers a short walk away by the rugby club.”

“We had a very lovely time, the house is charming, plenty of activities for the kids. The hot tub was great. More importantly the host was super friendly and welcoming. The location was great to reach some lovely place in wales. Thank you!”
