“Outstanding impeccably clean condo. Nicely renovated, soft bed, nice community pool for adults and kids. Excellent communication from the host. Couple blocks from the public beach and restaurants. Two adults enjoyed the condo, but no place to layout your clothes so we used the lower bunkbed. Located in the Sweet Spot of 30A, great relaxing feel. Having a disability, it would be nice to have one handicapped spot for each building side, or add a checkbox on your listing so accommodations can……

“1201 wonderful unit. BeachCrest has been my rental destination the past three years. Wonderful location in Seagrove and right on the beach. This unit was exceptionally clean. The furnishings, paint colors and whole aesthetic really works well together - it’s a soothing place to stay. The kitchen appliances are updated. I stayed in the master. The bed was very comfortable. It’s such a nice thing to stay in a place with a comfortable bed. And as I’m sure other renters have commented, the……

“Every night, the smoke detector beeped all night. Would love to go back to this place, if the smoke detector can be fixed and not beep. Other people also complained about this in their reviews. Could you please fix the smoke detector? We were not able to sleep because it kept beeping. Other than that, lovely place overall and great golf cart. Thank you. ”

“Beautiful view and perfect location for us. Unobstructed view of the ocean from sunrise to sunset. We watched the wildlife and enjoyed opportunities to go to and from our condo/beach. Perfect for 2 ppl. The bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen service also good for 2ppl. No table. You eat at the breakfast bar. Would go back if just us two, not more. Very nicely kept and perfect for a quick deep dive into beach beauty coming from busy city life. Thank you. ”
