“We had a great time, lovely neighborhood, location is easy access to needed items. Marvin is an excellent host. He responds right away with all questions. For a home that is 140 years old it is in excellent shape. Beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was there. Big plus to be on the water. Thank you Marvin!”

“The location was okay. I stayed for 2 nights and had no WiFi for the duration. Communication with the maintenance guy was ok however he asked me to send emails to the ‘office’ about the internet issue but I had no response from the ‘office’. My bedding had spots of blood on it. All in all…it was not a great experience. Maintenance guy was very apologetic.”

“"I did not stay at this property due to a total failure of service and severe health hazards. Upon arrival, no staff were present and the room was already occupied by two other guests due to a double-booking. The property was in a severe state of disrepair: the door was detached from its hinges, the walls were unwashed, and the bedding had significant biological stains and unwashed pillowcases. Furthermore, there was a heavy, pervasive odor of tobacco smoke. As a diagnosed COPD patient, this……

“Cliffhanger is a stunning period home in a fabulous location in Cowes. Easy access to all the shops and restaurants in Cowes. Parking is restricted but at the time of year we visited (Sept) we had no issues. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable and the roof terrace has fabulous views. The kitchen is well equipped and there is no shortage of games etc in the lounge area if the weather closes in. Our host was charming and very helpful, going the extra mile for us when we had some last……

南安普敦海逸酒店

南安普敦海逸酒店

10/10 优秀
"We booked this for our pre cruise trip. The location is excellent and the harbour view is spectacular. What actually impressed us is the service. We landed in early morning and with a check in time at 3pm, they tried their best to arrange a room for us before 1pm. What's more, they had our luggage delivered to our room before we even asked for it. And they kindly offered us a late check out. The room is spacious but the light is a bit dim and the bathroom is a bit small. The Jetty restaurant is a must try. We landed in Sun and had the luck with the Sunday roast. Tender roast beef, crispy Yorkshire pudding plus lots of veggies. It's a great place for watching the beautiful sunset. We will definitely come back for another cruise starting Southampton."
