“I didn't last an hour in this hotel. Initially, I didn't realize that they were not ADA compliant. I was given a room on the second floor and asked for an elevator and she said there wasn't one. I then asked for a room on the first floor, she said they were booked and didn't have any other rooms. It was late so I struggled up the stairs to the room. I sat my things down.
