“Pretty run down, but nice staff”

“Shower was not so comfortable. Water pressure was not strong. Sink was not comfortable.”

“The staff was great. The hotel was wonderful!! But I wouldn’t book though Expedia. They tried to change my reservation at the last minute and give me a room with a king size bed. I explained to them that I was staying with my 17 year-old grandson and was not going to share a bed, that it was unacceptable. And I booked the room way in advance. Expedia kept calling me several times probably 12 times total. and two times at 12:30 in the morning, after I was in the room and asleep. The person I got……

“The facility was clean and the room was spacious. However, there was not enough light in the room. The shower and the faucet controls were difficult to adjust. The faucet never gave cold water. The shower switched from hot to cold with very little adjustment on the handle. We stayed 4 nights and the staff never checked our room. We asked for ( and received) extra towels once. They never replenished the toilet paper. The breakfast had issues several mornings. Oatmeal was thick, ran out……

“The room was clean check in at 2am a breeze. The room was tired its had a few guests baseboard was separated from wall not it really matters just was noticeable no soap bars only body wash. The thing that really stood out breakfast no eggs bacon sausage etc oatmeal was offered only and it was blah terrible way to start another long drive”
