“Host communication was outstanding. When we arrived, there was a snack basket, bouquet of fresh flowers, and bottle of wine for us which was a special surprise. The property is unique in that it's the entire finished basement with a private entry and private driveway parking. Also there's a private, large hot tub which we enjoyed daily.”

“We had a lovely stay at the Blue Bear Den! The property was easy to find, very clean, and quite comfortable. The hot tub was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. ”

“Can’t say enough good things about this property! My family stayed here for a week for a graduation and it was the perfect home base for all of us. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, the bedrooms were all very comfortable and the entertainment spaces were so much fun. And the host was fantastic - incredibly friendly and responsive. “Good room - but lumpy mattress ”

“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. Very simple breakfast, some food are empty but didn't promptly filled. 4. Next to the Peña station,……

“The staff was so helpful. We got in a little early and they helped us qualify to check in. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again.”
