“Upon check in I immediately reached out to ownership because there were only 2 bedrooms when we needed 3. Title of booking and booking details all said 3 bedroom. It’s literally the first word of title. 3BR. I waited over three days from the time of checkout to submit this review because I was hoping someone would contact me to rectify or offer a partial refund. The place was nice overall and in a really great location. The bedroom windows have sealant issue. There was 15-20 mile wind while……

“Great one night stay. Good breakfast. Nice small set up between bedroom, kitchen and living room. They have a pool but we didn’t use it. Great location, next to gas stations and shopping, restaurants and target! The people who work there are very nice. I’d definitely stay here again!”

“Decent place except the sofa was stained and wore down. Very noise furnace right in the bedroom. Didn’t help with sleeping. Staff and breakfast were excellent. Bathroom also had old peeling paint which was not very appealing. Pool water temp a little chilly and very salty/chlorine levels may have been off.”

“This place is centrally located in Omaha in a nice area. The house was very clean and. comfortable. It also had many amenity's that you do not see in most vrbo's . I highly recommend this property.”

“We had a great stay at Jeremy's property in downtown Lincoln! He is by far one of the most accommodating & considerate hosts we have ever experienced! They've really thought of everything here - right down to the white noise machines to help with the downtown street noise. He made access very simple with great instructions and pictures, and parking was easier than I had expected. So nice to be able to walk to the baseball games - will definitely be back! GBR!!”
