“When we checked in on Christmas Eve we were told a buffet breakfast would be served in the morning. No breakfast was set up. The explanation given by the front desk attendant was there were too few guests that stayed the night. ”

“The resort allowed us to check in 30 minutes early. Being a Expedia VIP(?), we got a $27 credit and a room upgrade (to the next tier). When a second tier room wasn’t available, the resort upgraded us to a tier higher. Essentially a 4th floor room with a balcony and mountain views at no extra charge. It was lovely. Lobby, bar area were beautiful with music on Friday and Saturday evenings. The pool, room, and overall property were also very nicely looked after and looked after. Very happy with our……
