“There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, so I didn’t sleep well”

“Great location. They have a great lobby, a great pool, staff are very helpful and friendly, and my room was clean and good size. The only improvement I can think of is their water heater. I would have to wait a few minutes for my shower to have hot water. Other than that, everything else was great! I would definitely stay here again”

“Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room had a strong sewer-like odor throughout my visit, which significantly affected my comfort. When I reported the issue, the resolution process was frustrating and time-consuming. I had to speak with three different staff members before a satisfactory solution was provided. Additionally, I felt that guests who do not book premium-tier rooms are not treated with the same level of courtesy and attention. Customer service should be consistent……

“We came to celebrate my navies graduation by going to the water park. It was small but enough with a lazy river, 3 waterslides, a wave pool and toddler play pool! The rooms have a living room and separate bedroom making it spacious. The area is nice but to find your room was challenging with no numbers posted on the outside of the buildings. That would help a lot!”
