"Room was very clean, staff was exceptionally friendly. Allowed me to check in a few hours early. The hotel was in good shape for the price, and being a budget hotel, it would be hard to say anything negative. "

"It was fine, it served as a place to stay, nearish to Banner Hospital, it was affordable. Some of the staff was helpful. Some of the staff would have rather been anywhere else, merely based on the dismissive responses I received. I walked out to find my rear tire deflated on the day of departure, not slashed, someone took the time to deflate my tire. So I wouldn’t say parking is that secure. If I find a better rate anywhere else on my next trip, I will stay at any another hotel. "
