“Unsatisfactory”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made our stay special was the wonderful lady who looked after everything. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and hardworking, and always went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Her outstanding hospitality made us feel completely at home. She is a real credit to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay……

“The female reception staff was rude, unkind and not helpful; This was my tenth time in Marokko and my worst experience; I will never recommend a Riu hotel to my friends. However, staff at dinner time was friendly, as was the male reception staff.”

“Would really recommend going there for to stay, so many places such as Resteraunts and Coffee Shops are walking distance, the staff really went out their way to make us feel welcome.”

“We had a wonderful stay here in the Easter holidays - just my son and I - whilst travelling through southern Morocco. The staff are warm and friendly, the food was very good, the gardens are beautiful and full of bird song, the pool is a great size and was heated to a very comfortable temperature for relaxing in. It’s a great relaxing base for a bit of sightseeing around Taroudant, Tiout and Tizi-n-Test. It’s a very short trip out of town but you wouldn’t want to be any closer as it is quite a……

“Lovely property and well maintained. The buffet breakfast was expensive and not included cooked items. Also the view from one of our two rooms could have been better due to work going on in the next hotel. Maybe offer an alternative room?”

“Great architecture and pool area”

“Great location very quiet and nice mountain view.”

“Rooms bespoke, spacious and charming decor. Staff friendly and attentive. Just outside of main area which we wanted and a relaxing stroll to the main beach and restaurant area in Agadir. Authentic music live in the bar in the evening. We had a hamman and massage which was very nice. Resident pets, dogs and tortoise! We liked everything about our stay and will return again when we visit friends that live in Agadir. Thanks Riad Villa Blanche”
