「This is our 2nd time staying at Aiello Hotel, it's very convenient location 2 mins walk from the train station and clean. 」

「This place felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel. I stayed in room #3, and it was pretty small, like they converted one apartment into multiple rooms. We arrived on a Saturday and the room was not clean at all, there were hairs all over the bathroom, on the towels, and the shower had a lot of mold. I let them know and they fixed it right away, which I really appreciated, but it still made the whole stay feel a bit uncomfortable because I never fully trusted the cleanliness after that.
