“This place is amazing and perfect for a mini getaway. I have already booked it twice! The apartment is clean and comfortable, in a beautiful, quiet and safe/secure complex. The car park is on the same level as the apartment, so easy access. The location is second to none with an IGA downstairs, Carnegie train station literally across the road, Carnegie Central accessible on the next block and all the shops and eateries Koornang Road has to offer - all of this within walking distance, as……

“Functional self contained unit in good location. Clean inside..dirty window sills where windows were open. Window and door tracks filthy as are all windows. Spider eggs and web on side of entry door and coutyard unmaintained. Cheap kettle spills water if filled and then poured and doona filler too small for doona cover so either feet of shoulders are not covered. The coffee table draw keeps sliding out so jammed cardboard in ooening to stop it. ”

To get the keys I had to collect keys from a service station some distance away, wait to ensures keys were “scanned”. The apartment was dirty, outside area not able to be used and was filthy. I constantly received messages reminding me to ensure I left by 10am. When leaving had to drive to service station again, wait for key to be “scanned”. Terrible……
