“This place is amazing and perfect for a mini getaway. I have already booked it twice! The apartment is clean and comfortable, in a beautiful, quiet and safe/secure complex. The car park is on the same level as the apartment, so easy access. The location is second to none with an IGA downstairs, Carnegie train station literally across the road, Carnegie Central accessible on the next block and all the shops and eateries Koornang Road has to offer - all of this within walking distance, as……

“Functional self contained unit in good location. Clean inside..dirty window sills where windows were open. Window and door tracks filthy as are all windows. Spider eggs and web on side of entry door and coutyard unmaintained. Cheap kettle spills water if filled and then poured and doona filler too small for doona cover so either feet of shoulders are not covered. The coffee table draw keeps sliding out so jammed cardboard in ooening to stop it. ”

“Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut, nahe zum Elwood Beach und auch gut gelegen für die Nahversorgung. Die Wohnung ist groß genug für 2 Personen und es ist im Haus ruhig. Die Klimaanlage war ebenfalls angenehm.Leider ließen sich nicht alle Fenster ( z.B Küche ) öffnen.Unbedingt renovierungsbedürftig ist das Bad. ”
