「Arrived late, had our room info out for us, super easy. Beautiful place, beautiful room. Close to Helen. Only staff we interacted with was the housekeeper Deanne and she was so sweet. Just a joy to talk to. We will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity.」

「The room was very clean. We experienced two things that needed some maintenance. One was the door was hard to open and close because it rubbed against the frame very heavily. The other one was a VERY noisy A/C unit that woke us up each time it kicked on. If those two things were repaired or replaced, this would be an excellent place to stay in Helen, GA.」

「Staff was very friendly rooms were smelly there were Cobb webs in all breeze ways and dirt and debris. Had to buy air fresheners for room; also the mattress was not sturdy. When you say it dinked in. There was nothing hot served on continental breakfast everything was frozen and had to be nuked.」

「The property grounds were beautiful and clean. However, the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable to the point that neither of the s could sleep well and have extreme discomfort. We also tried the grill which took over 45 minutes to get our food. It just wasn’t what we were expecting. Also, the directions from Expedia took us to the wrong place-not the facility’s fault! Luckily, they had sent the correct address! It just went to spam.」

「Jan at the front desk was the first person we encountered and she set the stage for our fabulous 4 day stay. She was attentive, friendly and ever so helpful insuring our stay was as wonderful as we imagined. The spa professionals were skilled and committed to hospitality and excellence. Kaily and Carigan were absolutely outstanding technicians. I HIGHLY recommend the head spa, peptide facial and hydrating body wrap. These will change your life!!! Our bungalow was just across from the chapel....
