The location is excellent for any/all downtown activities and there's plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. Our host was extremely responsive and provided very clear communication. The interior was beautiful and well equipped. Highly recommended, will stay here again!”

“Really fun place to stay. Gave us a nice taste of old Detroit. Owners have done a great job with the MoTown theme throughout the house, we used all of the juke boxes. Took a Uber to Tiger game and spent both evenings hanging at house. Used porches in morning and evenings. Location is very convenient for exploring Detroit. Highly recommend this place!”

“Due the weather we did not use the hot tub or lake activities. The home is well maintained, clean and as advertised. The host was available to answer questions. Instructions tor arrival were clear. Two minor issues: The house number is not available from the street. It would be nice if the number is on the house by the street. There are four ceiling fan/light remotes. The batteries were dead or missing, so the controls wouldn't work. We replaced the batteries so we could control them.”

Only issue was how hot the room was. Despite the (very old) AC that was in the unit, it was not enough to adequately cool the space - it was so hot it was hard to sleep.”
