“This is a great space. The home dates back to 1889, on a street with homes that date back that far or further. The decor is hippie/chic, it’s welcoming, warm, friendly. The location is awesome, historic downtown Wilmington is yours for the taking. I would highly recommend it and I would stay here again if I can.”
